  1. Choose Your Appointment Type Below:
    • Virtual Visit (Insurance or Self-Pay)
    • Beverly Hills Office (Insurance or Self-Pay)

  2. Select Your Appointment Time:
    Choose ANY available time that works for your schedule.
  3. Submit Your Payment:
    • $50 deposit for insurance patients
    • $250 for self-pay patients

FOR INSURANCE PATIENTS:
To ensure a smooth insurance verification process, we collect a $50 deposit when scheduling your appointment.

This deposit is applied toward your insurance fees (co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible).

  • If your co-pay is less than $50, we will credit your account. This credit may be used toward future co-payments, outstanding balances, exclusive skincare products, or any of our luxurious treatments and services including our coveted cosmetic enhancements and luxury medical grade facials. Upon email request this difference can be refunded to the original method of payment, less the 3% credit card processing fee. Please notes all refunds are processed after your insurance carrier has submitted their payment which can take 4-8 weeks.
  • If your co-pay is higher, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance at the time of your appointment.
  • If you have not yet met your deductible, you will be responsible for the visit charge up to an additional $125 at the time of your appointment.
